WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLES DO YOU HAVE?

Our company does not offer shared transfers, as our pricing policy allows us to satisfy the customer with a private door-to-door transfer, which is much more effective and personalized. The price of the service that appears when you enter your details is the total price per vehicle, including luggage, taxes, waiting time at the airport, etc. You do not pay any additional charges, only the price that appears when you make the reservation.
Our vehicles usually allow one suitcase per passenger. If you are travelling with excess luggage such as golf clubs, bicycles, baby carriages, etc., please let us know when booking so we can provide you with the appropriate car.
Our services are direct from the airport or pick-up point to the hotel or address indicated by the client.
When you arrive at Malaga airport or train station, the driver of the vehicle will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. At the airport, after collecting your luggage at the appropriate carousel in Terminal 3 arrivals, please go to the exit in the arrivals hall. Before leaving the terminal, you will find the “LA MANON” café, this is the meeting point with your driver. Please note that during periods of high passenger flow, the taxi/minivan driver may be delayed a little, please be patient and wait near the tourist office, the driver will arrive soon.
On our website you have 4 payment methods; payment to the driver in cash or by credit card, payment with Pay Pal or with a card ONLINE.
Yes, we have baby seats or boosters available. The extra cost per seat is €5. Please note when booking that all children or babies occupy a seat in the vehicle just like an adult.
ARE YOUR VEHICLES INSURED?
All our fleet has compulsory insurance and a transport card, as required by European regulations, and insures both the driver and all occupants. Our main concern is the safety of the traveler. Be especially careful when hiring false transporters who advertise themselves without insurance or permission to carry out this activity.
To avoid time problems at the airport, calculate the pick-up time approximately 3 hours before the flight departure. For example: if your flight leaves at 10:00 am, the correct pick-up time is 07:00 am. For longer routes, it is advisable to leave with more time, since we do not know the traffic conditions on each route.
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicles in our fleet.
We all know that sometimes flights are delayed. You don’t have to worry, our drivers always have the flight information and will be waiting for you when you leave.
Tips are not included in the price. If you see fit and the driver has been kind and courteous, you can tip a little. Only if you want to, you are not obliged to tip.
